Maintain Ethical Conduct
Don’t Lie. Honor the policies you state in your marketing and terms. No false or misleading information given to GLP Winner’s team or patients about your products, services, prices, or treatments.
Follow Regulatory Standards
Medication should only be prescribed by licensed prescribers. Treatments should NOT include research grade sources not designed for human use. Only FDA approved medications and medications from state licensed compounding pharmacies.
Marketing Standards
Follow guidelines and best practices around advertising set out by the FTC and FDA.
Do not claim efficacy when medication hasn’t been FDA approved for a specific indication.
Follow best practices for marketing around compounding medications. For example, do not call compounded semaglutide “generic ozempic.” Do not mislead patients or consumers into thinking they’re getting FDA approved medication when they’re getting compounded medications.
Follow FTC guidelines with reviews. Do not put in fake reviews or reviews from employees, subcontractors or affiliates. Do not share fake reviews or testimonials in marketing materials.
Must have intellectual property rights to anything you publish.
Professional Brand and Conduct
Maintain professional standards with your brand and marketing. Interactions between you and the public, customers, or GLP Winner staff should remain professional in nature. If there are major delays or disruptions with your services communicate that to GLP Winner and patients
Nothing you do with your brand should be so controversial that it negatively impacts our brand.

If you witness violations of this code of conduct please contact us at . We will not be able to give you information on the results of any reports you give us.
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in warnings, strikes, and temporary or permanent removal of brands from GLP Winner.
