The medication caused severe burning and swelling. The nurse practitioner said their pharmacy had used the wrong kind of water. They sent me a replacement vial but it burned, too. I requested a refund and they denied it. I am now working with my credit card to get the charge reversed because I still have not received a usable product.

Easy enough to order and probably one of the better deals if you're just looking at cost per mg WITHOUT doing a monthly subscription. However, it's clear their first line of defense for customer service is AI and their shipping/tracking information and notification system is incredibly lack luster
