Just swapped from a local Pharmacy to Belle due to better bulk pricing . The meds arrived a day late (UPS’s fault) . They did recover the package though . I took my first shot and I do feel like this medication is more effective . I’m starting to feel some nausea (like I had when I first started GLPs) . I’m not sure if that’s a good thing lol but honestly the Nausea helps me to eat less , so I look at it as a plus. I believe it’s do to me switching from B12 to B6 compound. So far I feel like the hunger suppression is still there but time will tell. Packaging was top notch and the seals on the vials were better than my local pharmacy. It came in a white box , with a styrofoam box inside. This contained 2 dried ice packs . The meds were in a Belle themed bag , which was wrapped in bubble UPS packaging. My only suggestion is that they put a few more ice packs in the box . I would be willing to pay for it too . My meds were a day late , but if this was Summer time, they would have been useless. They had some warnings about temp and how long the vials should last. It does give you some comfort , but I don’t like the idea of 3 months of medication only lasting 60 days , if it goes out of temp during delivery. Luckily I would say my meds arrived just before that happened, and I placed them in the fridge promptly. I know many people are nervous trying a online telehealth and getting meds from a pharmacy you know little about. That’s where this site gave me a lot of resources. By using GLPwinner I was able to review the pharmacies that each provider uses . I went unconscious after my first dose of compound semaglutide that came from this pharmacy. I purchased a 3 month supply through Ivyrx. This is my first time buying from them. I previously took semaglutide in the past from another company completely fine with little to no side effects and no problems injecting myself. I got my order within a few days, and it was mostly cold to the touch when it arrived (not ice cold, but not room temp). I took my first month's injection of 25 units and not even a minute later I felt warm inside & tunnel vision. Woke up face flat on my kitchen floor and a black eye from falling. I completely passed out unconscious for a few minutes. Absolutely terrifying. I reached out to Ivyrx immediately, and 6 days later I am STILL waiting for the doctor to get back to me!! I'm due for my next shot tomorrow. I've had no sense of concern or urgency from Ivyrx or the prescribing doctor. Looking into who the pharmacy is and I see it's Greenwich in Texas- reading these reviews I only wish I did before purchasing!! My vials of compound semaglutide are literally of bright pink liquid inside. My past semaglutide order through a different company did NOT look like this! Apparently it's from the b12 they add into the compound??... I went to the ER but they cannot test my vials of medication. I will be reaching out to the pharmacy but based on these reviews and ivyrx's lack of concern of their customer literally going unconscious after my first shot- I'm not expecting much. If anyone knows of a reputable company and pharmacy without multiple horrible reviews, please share on a Reddit thread or something! I'm sharing my story as what happened to me should not be normal or blown off by the company, pharmacy or prescribing doctor, and to make others aware in case this happens to someone else.. now I have 3 months worth of compound semaglutide I have no idea if I can trust and no real customer support or doctor care!

Haven't found a provider yet because what they advertise upfront n what actual cost is once putting in your information is totally different buyer beware. Their is no reason to pay a membership fee on top of your meds. I have looked up over 30 sites n they are all the same also make sure sites are legit sites

Everything about the Tirzepatide that comes from them sucks. Does not control your appetite at all. The worst thing besides that is it makes me more nauseous than any other Tirzepatide that I've taken and I've tried alot. If you find a provider or telehealth company using Optimal Balance stay clear of them. What a big waste of money.

So far, so good with measured! Input my preferences and metrics and was assigned a doctor within 24 hours. She prescribed my tirzepatide dosage, and 3 days I had my medication. Injected my dose the next day and felt immediate effects, so no issues or concerns with the efficacy of the medication. I have sent several questions to the doctor in my portal and have always heard back within 24 hours. Thus far zero complaints and very happy with the service.

Recently the company has undergone a move or the pharmacy has, and the customer service has gone from being very good and helpful to almost nonexistent. This is a big disappointment because they were really helpful when I first became a customer. I’m in Missouri and I guess the state was one of the first to get relicensed by the pharmacy because my renewal and shipment was never delayed. Not so for many of the customers. I hope Brello works on getting back to the way they were and put customers first.
On a good note I’ve had good luck with the pharmacy they use, Southend Pharmacy.
