If this was an Rx with additives I could safely take, I would give this pharmacy a better review. The telehealth provider (Trinity) unfortunately gave me an Rx I cannot take without the possibility of having a systemic reaction. Evoluciona does have great packaging that kept the Rx (that I can't take) cold. The vials were well wrapped. The timeframe from order to shipping was less than 6 hours. The shipping was fast with UPS tracking.

I would not recommend. In several texts with rep Emma, asked about additives, I advised I do not tolerate B12 and do not want it (or any B vitamins) added to tirz. I had a severe histamine reaction to B12 in a prior med so this was a serious concern. I reiterated several times I do not want any B vitamins. Emma gave me an added discount ($346 for 3mo plan) and assured me once approved the provider would go over additive options. That did not happen. After adding my payment info I was promptly charged. An approval email quickly followed. I sent another text to Emma again mentioning the B vitamins issue. Also responded to the approval email from 'support.' They advised they would look at other additives. They didn't. Instead, despite several messages, they sent the order to Evoluciona Pharmacy which immediately shipped the order containing Tirz with B6 (pyridoxine). They also did not ask for proof or what dose I'm currently on. They sent a 3mo starter pack. I've been on 7.5 and they sent 2.5/5.0/7.5 with the B6 I did not want.

Hard to get them to understand a reorder / step up was being requested even after their system provided a link for me to do so. They wanted me to wait until my last dose was administered which I felt was a little too late due to reported shipping delays but it all worked out just fine.

Wrote Gimme with my concern I'm going on vacation in a few days so it would sit outside. They blew me off and when I finally got an answer it was basically automated and they told me to be patient. Not as well as my previous meds (hallandale)Everything i read says it degrades in heat so not sure the 3 month supply will be strong enough by the time im finished with vials. I wish they had a better shipment time. Mine took from Thursday to Monday to get to me because of weekend. They use the padded insulated envelopes to mail product. All was melted and even the gel packs was very warm. I put a thermometer in it and was 98 degrees.

I am on my 4th month with Gimme Care. I have had a great experience with them so far. I have had great success. I’ve lost weight and feeling great! My first month I had Tirzepatide with B6 from Align then I signed up for the 3 month plan and went with Apothecary. Getting ready to renew for another 3. My intake form was quickly approved by dr. My first Apothecary order took a little more time than expected but that was during the pro RX shut down and all of the pharmacies got backed up. My meds have always arrived in good shape and cold. Any questions that we’ve had have been answered promptly and with resolution. I started with grey market tirzepatide then switched to Gimme. I’ve lost a total of 47 lbs. I don’t have that much left to lose and my weight loss has slowed a bit which is to be expected. I went to the endocrinologist this week and my A1C went from 7.2 down to 5.8. I’m off all diabetic meds and only use tirzepatide to help control blood sugar. I do my best to eat healthy and remain active.

I ordered one 3-month amount. I had multiple problems.: I told him I was maintaining and they prescribed a higher dose. And then they put me on an upward titration plan. When I asked repeatedly why I was at this dose, I never had the question answered. Instead other questions that I had not asked were answered such as.: the concentration of the medication varies from order to order; this is how you figure out the amt. for the (incorrect) dose; etc. They said a nurse was replying, but it sure sounded like a bot to me. They sent a lot of boilerplate initial instructions that were not relevant to what I was taking, and which were, in fact, quite confusing…. The order arrived warm…. The vial is supposed to be expired after one month after opening , but the vial they sent me is supposed to last me three months.
I know what good care is supposed to look like.

Then upon refill I asked for a different pharmacy due to this issue. I was told I do not get to choose the pharmacy, the doctor chooses AND does not change pharmacy from the first provider of your medication. No other resolution was offered. I don’t believe this is acceptable. Unless you want to receive expired medicine find another provider!!!

I was told I do not get to choose the pharmacy, the doctor chooses AND does not change pharmacy from the first provider of your medication. No other resolution was offered. I don’t believe this is acceptable. Unless you want to receive expired medicine find another provider!!!

I ordered one 3-month amount. I had multiple problems.: I told him I was maintaining and they prescribed a higher dose. And then they put me on an upward titration plan. When I asked repeatedly why I was at this dose, I never had the question answered. Instead other questions that I had not asked were answered such as.: the concentration of the medication varies from order to order; this is how you figure out the amt. for the (incorrect) dose; etc. They said a nurse was replying, but it sure sounded like a bot to me. They sent a lot of boilerplate initial instructions that were not relevant to what I was taking, and which were, in fact, quite confusing…. The order arrived warm…. The vial is supposed to be expired after one month after opening , but the vial they sent me is supposed to last me three months.
I know what good care is supposed to look like.
*** I would stay away from this company. Seems very bot-driven to me.

Although sign up was seamless the pharmacy sent medication which had a past due BUD. The three month supply was already past date. So I used it anyway, it cost a lot. Then upon refill I asked for a different pharmacy due to this issue. Expressed that they used Hallandale. Requested Hallandale. Did not respond & told me it was sent to Greenwich Pharmacy. Refused to cancel or reroute to preferred Pharmacy & they had a 5hr window to do it. When package was received the mailing label indicated Experience Care Pharmacy & the product was warm. After informing Gimme Care they send me data about Tirzepatide storage & I didn't even order Tirzepatide. Poor integrity, pharmacies bait & switch, operational inefficiency. I do not recommend because lower prices means lower quality treatment & care.
