Well, after completing my intake, they immediately took $149 for my medication without approving me yet. I got an email saying I’d have an approval or denial within 24 hours. 4 days later, nothing. I called and asked for an update. They told me someone would contact me in 24/48 hours. 3 days later, nothing. Called again, they offered me a virtual apt with a provider 2 weeks later. Ummm…why are we doing virtual calls when every other company does this all via email/chat/online review? Still no guarantee they will approve me. I’m not a month behind on my flop-1…Basically took my money and ran. Such a bummer.

I want my $129 back. I’ve already contacted the Better Business Bureau and left a scathing review on trust pilot today is August. 27th. I’ve sent them screenshots of the account. I sent them a screenshot of my debit card. This is totally unacceptable. It takes forever for them to respond back to you. do not buy from embody.

Purchased the Tirzepatide and received my medication last week overnight through FedEx. The medication arrived very fast and very cold with ice packs still frozen. Packaging and labeling of the medication was perfect and professionally labeled throughout. I’ve received meds from other pharmacies that looked very questionable so I definitely appreciated that part. Just took my first injection today and so far so good. Worst company ever ! No one answers the phone, calls you back or resolves issues. Provider immediately orders meds without allowing questions about dosing and schedule . I would have never agreed to inject twice a week! Medicine arrives late and package without ice with starter dose after submitting intake form stating I did not have my dose available . I would have never agreed to inject twice a week! Medicine arrives late and package without ice with starter dose after submitting intake form stating I did not have my dose available . I expected a phone call to question this before order placed . Ongoing dispute to get my money back for a shipment of the wrong dose !

Was looking for a more affordable option for my GLP1 and after much research on glpwinner I decided to go with Gimme Care. The process to start with them was pretty effortless, physician response was fast. My prescription was sent to pharmacy on Tuesday morning and I received my shipment by Thursday. The pricing was so much cheaper than the pharmacy I was using with my pcp. My first experience with Gimme was great, highly recommend.

Purchased the Tirzepatide and received my medication last week overnight through FedEx. The medication arrived very fast and very cold with ice packs still frozen. Packaging and labeling of the medication was perfect and professionally labeled throughout. I’ve received meds from other pharmacies that looked very questionable so I definitely appreciated that part. Just took my first injection today and so far so good. Hoping I don’t have any major side effects like I did with my last providers meds😊

When I opened my shipment, it was in a thermal pack envelope, the frozen gel ice pack was no longer frozen and almost warm. It was shipped 2-day from Florida. I know other pharmacies take a little more care with shipping the product. I was assured the medication was ok when I reached out to my provider.

I ordered from Embody on August 17th in the morning after researching alternatives for months. I’m currently on 10 mg Zepbound through Lilly, and my provider recently increased my dose to 12.5 mg. I uploaded my current prescription along with all of the requested information immediately.
When I signed up, customer service was extremely nice and told me that my information would be reviewed within 24 hours and that medication would typically follow within 3–5 business days after approval. I was genuinely excited because I thought I had finally found a great alternative.
Unfortunately, my experience since then has been completely different.
Nothing has progressed on my account. I have emailed three times with no response. I have called repeatedly, sometimes sitting on hold and other times having someone answer and then disconnect the call.
I was finally given a specific time and date for my provider call: today at 11:00 AM Pacific Time. I made sure I was available and waited. 11:00 came and went with no call.
I contacted customer service again and asked to speak with a manager because, at this point, I was extremely frustrated. The representative simply told me to wait for the provider to call. He would not transfer me to a manager or provide me with a way to contact the provider. I eventually became so frustrated that I ended the call.
Then, after my scheduled 11:00 AM provider call never happened, I received a link allowing me to schedule an appointment myself.
I opened the scheduling system, and it shows ZERO appointments available from August 22 through August 29. The first available appointments shown are not until September 1st. I have screenshots documenting this and am attaching them.
I placed and paid for my order on August 17th based on the expectation that my review would occur within 24 hours. I am now apparently expected to wait until September just to have my initial provider visit — before the medication process can even move forward.
I also uploaded my current Zepbound prescription and all requested information when I signed up, so Embody was aware that I am already an established patient receiving this medication and that my provider has increased my dosage.
Had Embody been upfront with me on August 17th and told me that I might not even speak with a provider until September, I would never have placed the order.
I understand that delays and high demand can happen. What I do not understand is giving customers specific expectations, scheduling a provider call that never occurs, failing to respond to multiple emails, and then sending the customer to a scheduling system where there isn’t an appointment available for more than another week.
The issue isn’t simply that Embody is busy. The service and timeline I was promised when I placed my order are completely different from what I have actually received.
At this point, I need someone in management to contact me and resolve this. If Embody cannot promptly complete my review and process my prescription, then I am requesting a full refund so that I can continue obtaining my medication elsewhere.
I really wanted Embody to work, which is why I researched the company for months before switching. Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely disappointing.
