I have ordered from Framework twice. The communication between them and me has been extraordinary--even getting messages on weekends. Their response is always very quick, much faster than I would have expected. They have addressed any questions and concerns immediately and I've been very pleased overall with their company. Their formula has worked well, and I am satisfied with the product.
The pharmacy used was the same both times--VialsRX in TX (I am in OH). The first delivery was in extreme heat, and the product arrived warm with a very HOT cold pack. I was assured the medication was potent and that I should refrigerate it and use it without hesitation, which I did. No problems. The second time, also from Vials RX, the package arrived in a shorter time, the cold pack was still partially frozen, and the vial of med was still chilled. Again, no problems with the product.
I would not hesitate to use Framework in the future.

I’ve called approximately 30 times and was hung up on, left on hold for 50 minutes, requested supervisors repeatedly, and still have no resolution. I’ve received conflicting information, experienced disconnected calls, and felt completely ignored and dismissed. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism is unacceptable. I have been with this telehealth for one month now. It has been such a stress free, pleasant experience. The intake process was super easy, the medication came within days of ordering and the packaging that it came in was super impressive. The medication seems to be working pretty good. It doesn’t seem to be as effective with the inflammation and aiding in my joint pain as zb but it is a fraction of the cost. Pricing is good if you go with a three month supply at a time. I am very happy with this company thus far.

I joined program and was led to believe that I was speaking with a physician. I was then led to believe that because I needed a medical clearance that I had to get my primary care approval before I could be able to receive medication, semiglutide. My doctor said they would need to fax over their request. I requested this from Embody. They sent nothing. They just sent me another text saying the same thing they said before. I tried to get then my nephrologist to approve and was told that my primary care would have to do this. Then they sent different messages saying bacially the same thing. I finally called my bank and the reversed the charges immediately. I was infuriated after this. Believe it or not right after the charges were reversed to me I had a SVT happen. Now they are asking me to come back and I will be in their VIP program. They don’t quit.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS. I wish I could sue them. I had a lot of time invested with these people, or I guess these bots.
I will tell you something else also. These low level corporate agents that are used had all my medical records in front of them. I was led to believe I was talking to a physician.

Signing up was easy, was qualified quickly. After that I did have a slow response time. I think they read my information wrong but corrected after a couple of days. Took awhile to get medication. I think because it was end of summer and then holiday weekend came. The medication is working (trizepatide) only been on the lowest dose and have lost. All the products you need came with it. I would recommend them.

I plan on complaining submitting a fraud request with my bank.

The care was no bells and whistles- only able to communicate through text. The price was good $165 a month but you have to buy 3 month supply. They take your money then they send the prescription to a pharmacy. In this case White label pharmacy LLC was used. The medication was shipped and when I received it - right off the truck. It was warm. The ice packets were warm. I notified them immediately but since it was Labor Day weekend I didn’t get a response right away and the pharmacy was not answering my calls. Eventually the pharmacy decided that the medication was fine. How frustrating we know the molecular structure changes when it is allowed to get warm. I offered to ship it back to them at their cost. Nope they were fine to have their customer receive a damaged product. I called credit card and stopped payment.

Within 2 days I was reviewed and approved and then within 2-3 days from that I received my new medication. So far the meds have been great and I can tell an improvement from my last company/dose. Belle also has an online dashboard where I can track my injections, review data, reach out for questions, and find community posts. Overall I’m quite satisfied with this company.

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would!!!! They are awful! I’ve placed 2 orders for meds 1 month and for 3 the next month. Both times I have had issues! Their clinicians take forever to send the meds to the pharmacy! The second time I ordered, I was told my order was cancelled but it was on my credit card. I was told my issue would be escalated but it wasn’t. Dooooo Notttt Orderrr from them!!!!!
