Originally everything was good. Questionnaire went smoothly, doctor approved was fast, pharmacy had meds ready and packaged, shipped and delivered in a very reasonable time frame. Recently the company has undergone a move or the pharmacy has, and the customer service has gone from being very good and helpful to almost nonexistent. This is a big disappointment because they were really helpful when I first became a customer. I’m in Missouri and I guess the state was one of the first to get relicensed by the pharmacy because my renewal and shipment was never delayed. Not so for many of the customers. I hope Brello works on getting back to the way they were and put customers first. On a good note I’ve had good luck with the pharmacy they use, Southend Pharmacy. Denny…Missouri

Love this company!

I am so fortunate I found Brello Health. I've been with the company since Sept 2025 and I'm extremely happy. I was initially leary about ordering from an online company, but Brello has been nothing but professional and any interactions with customer service have been great! My orders are securely packaged to keep the meds cool and sent via overnight delivery. I also love the support of fellow members who have helped me on my health journey. I'm so thankful I gave this company a chance. It's been life changing!!
