Customer service has always been good... even if it was to just tell me what I wanted to hear. For the integrity of the provider and their customer's needs they need to stop using Link pharmacy. Makes me sad they care so little about their actual product quality.

Organized, Thorough and Responsive

Overall, I've had a very good experience with Remedy Meds. I appreciated that when I was filling out the questionnaire online that they asked what medications I was taking and asked other pertinent questions to my health. I checked with a couple of other providers and I didn't think that their questions were very thorough.I was able to get an appointment very quickly to meet with a representative. The provider answered all my questions and the appointment was very informative as to the process. I was quickly approved for the medication and received it within two days.All of the needed supplies were included with the medication and the directions were very clear. For me, the medication is expensive; but the cost is in line with the going rate right.
