Quality and shipping were good, but this is a SUBSCRIPTION program. You will be charged every 28 days, regardless of whether you need the meds yet or not. I went on vacation and didn't need a refill yet, but they charged me anyway.

Intake was really easy but scheduling an appointment was a little harder. The times listed were all over the place. Paid the $300 and received my order before I could blink. For the refill it was a bit more complicated. I was charged before I had a chance to refill which was okay, but I received no tracking information and it’s been over a week and I still have not received. I am currently looking for a new pharmacy

Customer service has always been good... even if it was to just tell me what I wanted to hear. For the integrity of the provider and their customer's needs they need to stop using Link pharmacy. Makes me sad they care so little about their actual product quality.
