Big Easy Weight Loss has been one of the best companies that I have worked with in my weight loss journey. The ease of scheduling an appointment, actually getting to speak with a physician and ask any questions was really nice. Their customer service is top notch, and most often I've gotten a response within less than 5 hours. The CEO is very responsive and helpful via email and active on Reddit as well. They genuinely care about their company and their patients even asking for input on what we'd like to see etc. I will be sticking with them, and excited to see what comes next.

Big Easy provides legitimate care

Big Easy provides legitimate care. I was treading in an ocean of opportunists trying to manage my hormonal weight, (I'm looking at you Henry Meds) and here I have an actual *Doctor who is actually *available and actually *cares about ethics and her patient's well-being. Thank you Dr. Lee! Today is April 22 and I have safely lost 20 pounds since December 16.

Working with Big Easy has been so easy. I've had two meetings with my provider/doctor, which have also gone well. I've had horrible experiences with a few weight loss sites but I feel safe with Big Easy.

Top Notch

Top notch customer service since day one. It’s a company local to the New Orleans area. The compound pharmacies Big Easy works with are the best as well! Plus their shipping is overnight and if anything is ever wrong, the Big Easy Krewe will make it right. My physician is amazing and you can tell he genuinely cares about the people he cares for. Not to mention the cost compared to other mediocre sites…I’d sign up again with Big Easy in a heartbeat!
