Don’t recommend
When I first started with this company, the customer service was excellent. Appointments with practitioners were professional and helpful. However, they have a serious problem with their delivery system. They use FedEx and when the package arrives, it is room temperature. This medication is meant to stay refrigerated. I have reached out to Enhance several times for a refund and have gotten no response. Don’t recommend them.

Bad shipping!!!
They ship medication between two Ice packs in a paper FedEx bag. Due to this, the temperature of the medication was not maintained and medication was no longer safe to take. I asked them to put medication in a styrofoam box/ shipping container to ensure temperature (cause this should already be their standard practice) and they said they’re not changing a thing about the way they ship and would try sending medication again, but if it arrives with the temperature not maintained again, they would not refund me and I’d be out $400!
