Lumimeds is a scam!
I spoke to multiple people. Tim in particular told me that there was a mix- up with my refill because it went through the old portal and not the new one. On Wednesday August 6, Tim apologized for the mix- up and asked if I'd be home on Saturday August 9, because my order would be delivered. However, as of today, my order has still not been processed. I requested the refill on August 1st. My concern was the medication had a BUD of 9/10. He assured me this would be ok as the pharmacy stated it would be ok for up to a week pay the BUD. I just spoke to Mary, and have been told if I want a refund, $60 will be deducted from the refund due to processing fees. Although, she stated I will still get 4 weeks of medication before the BUD because I'd likely reveive it on Monday or Tuesday. When I asked if it was guaranteed, she said no because it would now be the responsibility of the pharmacy. So the blame is now being put on the pharmacy. So once I receive the medication, it will likely expire before one month. So although I was hesitant that the BUD would be too close, I was assured it would not only be ok to take past the BUD, but that I'd hey the medication in time. I have so many complaints! Too many to put in 1 review. I will say this is not the end, but it is definitely the end of my relationship with Lumimeds!

Lumimeds is a scam! UPDATE

I reached out yesterday and asked for a full refund, as I still have not received the medication. I was told it shipped but I have no info on that. I mentioned that I paid for 1 month but it will expire by the time I can finish it. Lumimeds told me as long as I injection by today I should get 28 days worth of medication. However, when ordering the refill, I explained that I injection on Friday. So regardless, I'll have to inject early, or it will expire. Mind you, I still have not received anything. I just want my money back. I don't want anything more from Lumimeds. It's a scam. Their reply is just for show. They will not give my money back or make it right, and this is all on them and their "new" website and portal.
