I chose to use them based off of GLPWinner's tool for what I was looking for and the reviews. When I first signed up there were so many questionnaires (two that repeated many of the same questions) to fill out and I had to schedule an appointment with an RN. This was already much more labor intensive than I had experienced with other providers but thought of it positively that they were being so thorough. That was until I get on my call with my nurse, she was flustered at the beginning of the call and then basically read the questionnaires to me, and then started selling, asking me to buy many months due to the upcoming FDA ban, but they wouldn't let me buy months at different dosages. She said that I could always titrate up but that would mean running out of medication a lot faster and spending a lot more money per MG in the long run. I explained that if I wanted to buy in bulk I would have chose a different provider, I am trying to step up back to a maintenance dose over the next few months that I have been on before. We settled on purchasing two months, and she said I would have to pay for month 2 membership right away too, but it all felt very salesy. Next, she asks if I have had labs in the last three months and if not I would need to get the labs at my own cost. I already had labs drawn in January so this feels like a potentially hidden cost if they do not accept the labs I submitted from 5 months ago. Overall, I am not impressed with the process so far but hope I can get two months of medication for now and make a final ruling on the experience once the medication gets here and I see how the check-ins go.
