They do not make anything right if…
They do not make anything right if something goes wrong. They'll blame you. If you've ever had any other compounded tirz not from bpi, bpi will feel like injecting water. I bought 3 months worth after being on lumi meds mfv tirz+b12 and the bpi is a waste of money and I even titrated up. I'm probably going to just throw it away. They also didn't titrate me for the 3 months even though I chose titration. And they just blamed me even though they don't even show you your prescribed dosage until after its already shipped. It's the cheapest for a reason. Still a waste of money.

I switched and I'm glad I did
I switched to Pomegranate after using another Telehealth company. I have found them to be responsive and very careful in shipping. I know they had a snag due to an issue with a pharmacy and huge demand at Halloween. I'm sure that was disappointing for people but as far as I can tell it wasn't their fault. I appreciated their transparency in telling people what was happening even before I heard it from the news. All in all my experience with them has been wonderful.
