I had previously been going to a med spa and had great results. I switched to Piper because it was less expensive. I have been on my shots from piper for 3 months and have gained 6 lbs. These shots are at double the amount of medication that I had been taking at my previous place. I had no appetite suppression nothing gave any constipation as I had previously experienced. Yesterday I went back to my old med spa, took the lowest dosage available and have zero appetite at all today. I feel completely duped by Polly. I feel that the vials they sent me for $648 were nothing but water. Buyer beware, for sure.

Was told I was signing up for 6 month supply. That was a lie! And it takes almost 24 hours to get a chat back from their chat feature on the website. They have now changed names to Polly so beware

Learning to use the website and reading the frequently asked questions is important
People who are complaining about communication may not have taken the time to learn to use the online customer service and features of the website. I was frustrated at first but once I took the time to read the frequently asked questions and learn how to navigate and use their website I realized everything was there and worked well. I just needed to take the time to learn to use it. Customer service online was excellent and answered my questions same day. If you are frustrated make sure and learn to use the website. It is full of good advice and tools to help you succeed. Their online customer service is excellent. I just needed to learn to use it.
