Company is great! Was skeptical at first but I was completely blown away with the customer service, attention, and service this company provides. The app is a huge help as well because it keeps me accountable and up to date with everything.

I would give them zero stars if possible!! Run the other direction!! They will take your payment, provide no services, and then claim they have a no refunds policy. Do not get scammed by them!

This company was "ok" until I requested…
This company was fine until I requested to stop using their services related to poor customer service and having a very difficult time actually talking to someone about concerns. After reaching out multiple times and not hearing back after two weeks I let them know I was no longer interested in their service. They accepted and then weeks later charged me 2 weeks later for the upcoming 3 months of medications. I called them the same day they charged me and talked to them. They said they were "escalating" it so my money would be refunded. No medications were sent. I then received an email saying the money would NOT be refunded and I had to tell them at least 72 hours prior to the charge. (I had told them 2 weeks before). My CC was locked yet they have it set up as a recurring charge, so my bank allowed the charge. I am now having to dispute it with my bank.
