Bad portal experience and even worse customer service experience
First of all your portal is set up in an awful manner. Difficult to find things. I ordered a refill and it directly charged me without confirming amount, quantity, credit card, shipping, nothing! And your customer service does not know how to clearly communicate. I dont need to elaborate, all you have to do is check the 22 back and forth email messages I had with your customer service. My order number was IVY1192871, just look through the emails. You can find out exactly what the problem was just by reading through it.
