Billing is a total $hitshow.
My Behavioral Health provider with Teledoc is outstanding - he deserves 5 stars. However, Teledoc billing leaves much to be desired. My co-pay on services with Teledoc is $0. I live paycheck to paycheck as many of us are right now. Teledoc has managed to overdraft my bank account by taking money from me (that I do not owe, mind you) twice now. Getting my money back from them in a timely manner is ridiculous. No is held accountable for fixing their mistakes in a expedited manner.

Incomprehensive levels of incompletence
Was trying to get expert medical opinion, but ran into such extreme levels of incompetence and utter unprofessionalism that ended up cancelling the request.

Teladoc scammed me
Teladoc scammed me. I called about a sharp pain in my throat that was getting worse and worse and they said "take Advil" which I told them I was already doing that and they said "take more" literally told me to take 3,600mg a day for a week and then "call back." Charged me $60 for that bogus advice and when I called to complain they acted like I was crazy for thinking they should give me my money back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I only had to entertain their nonsense because my insurance requires "engagement" with Teladoc. The representatives on the phone are clueless. I've been stuck waiting for my medication for over a week because their phone people created the wrong account for me. I had to call back after I was told I had satisfied their requirements and have now been told there are more requirements that their colleague didn't know about, so why the hell did you waste a week of my time? They tried to tell me to wait another 72 hours YET AGAIN. Only upon further inquiry did they finally check my case file and say there were more requirements that I have to do that their colleague didn't tell me about. These requirements require Teladoc to mail me things which means I have to wait even longer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
