Scamming a Disabled Veteran!
They get you in and lock you in! I’m a disabled veteran and this medicine saved my life! So when the VA said they would include it in my coverage I switched. Wait, MinuteMD says you still owe us 1,047 dollars because I ordered on June tenth which was a day before my cancellation date of June 11th. Absolutely a scam! Check there address on google and it is a field near some garages. STAY FAR AWAY FROM MINUTEMD!

Do NOT waste your money; Go to a real doctor
This program is a scam. They advertise that the cost of the medication is approx $300 per month. On the invoice it says quantity - 1 vial and the price is listed $348. Well because that 1 vial lasts 3 months (because the medication is titrated up weekly) you get charged $348 each month for 3 months. So infact the invoice should read quantity 1 vial, cost $1044. There is more - I emailed to inform my care team that I was billed for thyroid meds and I didnt receive them. I was told that I was not billed for thyroid medication. I believed Lori. Well, come to find out I was billed...for 6 months. For an additional 6 months after the after the first shipment I was billed and I never received any medication. I asked the care team months before if they were billing me because I never received a refill. I was told no. I was actually being billed for months without receiving medication. So beware and always check your bank statements. Moreover, the care team is very rude and unhelpful. I was told by Jessica that I could not receive all of my money back because some of the transactions were more than 6 months ago. Well how is this legal? Especially, if I emailed and asked months ago and I was given false information and told that I was not being billed. Basically this company billed me over $2000. without sending me any medication. Once you start the medication no one checks in with you to ask how you are doing. Your initial labs are not discussed with you. Thank goodness Im a doctor and understand the results. Noone even orders you repeat A1c after 3 months if your initial one is elevated. If weight loss is your goal, they dont even check in to see if you are losing weight. Basically, they have a medication and they dispense it for money. They even get your money without dispensing it. So you get my drift...they should call the company moneymd. If you want to try this medication, book an appointment with a real physician because the medication is not benign, you need actually care and oversight while taking this medication.

I wanted to give negative stars
I wanted to give negative stars. Let me save you some heartache. I tried to cancel my subscription meds were not working for me. Well they cancelled they never sent the product however they did take the 370 out of my account. When I called they basically told me they were within their rights. So no product and no money. Alayna Mysliwski and Greg Parsons were the “customer support” that I delt with. I have since gone to Moichi and a much better experience. DO NOT GO MINUTE MD
