The experience I had with Good Girl RX (aka Good Girl LLC) was beyond disappointing. When I voiced conxerns about my medicine arriving warm, they advised to simply place it in the fridge to "restabilize" the medicine. Anyone with common sense would know that you cannot restabilize a medicine once its been broken down. Their handling of the issue with the lack of receiving the NAD+ and me voicing concerns that it will not be good as it was shipped on March 31st and wont be arriving until April 4th was ignored. They tried to claim that NAD+, a product that requires refridgeration can survive in room temperature for weeks. 🤣🤣 they also reused an existing UPS label for the NAD+ shipping to send out needles they failed to provide for a medicine that is supposed to be injected 5x per week for three months (they gave me 3 10 pack of needles 🫣🙄). They violated UPS guidelines and now I am out $549 because I never received the NAD+, dont know if its even going to arrive since they reused an existing label, and blocked me from communicating with them since I filed a dispute with my payment provider. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
