My refrigerated medication was lost by…
My refrigerated medication was lost by UPS and was delivered warm to the touch. Paul in Customer Service insisted it was safe even though I was told by another provider (before starting with Cora) that the compounded medications are NOT effective once they warm up and are re-chilled. I requested documentation of the safety and efficacy of the medication and was promised they would send it. It has now been 10 days with multiple follow ups and nothing has been received. I have asked for either the documentation or a refund and to cancel my service with them moving forward. They have not responded so I’m out hundreds of dollars, did not receive safe/effective medication and I may be charged again as they have not confirmed the cancellation of my service. I currently cannot recommend Cora. I am so disappointed and am out quite a bit of money.

Cora made everything easy with great customer support, transparent pricing with no surprise fees, and clear communication about the pharmacies they work with. Delivery right to my door was seamless. Highly recommend.
