I ordered tirzepatide on July 11 it’s been sitting at Casa pharmacy since july 12 today is the 26th still nothing. I did read reviews before ordering but I was hoping for the same results the 5 star reviewers had, bad call. I did get replies from Alt RX though they aren’t helpful. I asked them to switched my prescription to a different pharmacy who will be able to fulfill my order but they said they couldn’t do that because the pharmacy already has the prescription and I can’t get a refund because again the prescription is already at the pharmacy though not filled or processed. I gave them until tomorrow Monday 7/27 I saved all screenshots and messages between alt rx, casa pharmacy and myself tomorrow I will dispute it with my bank as goods not received and look for a company that can fulfill orders in a timely manner

Super quick to take your money
Super quick to take my money! But 2 day shipping means after it actually gets ships. Took a week to ship. I reached out several times…via chat because it was the only option, and never received a response. Not until an email saying it had shipped did I get any response. Meds did arrive cold and well packaged, though. So if all you want is meds and NO customer service, this is your company.

The only thing consistent are the bad…
The only thing consistent are the bad reviews. Eight days for a virtual appointment. Seven days from the appointment and there have been no shipments. Nineteen days now and crickets. Quite the scam. Stay away. Can’t trust with support let alone them give non FDA approved drugs.
