SCAM SCAM STAY AWAY
I wish I would of red all of these horrible experiences, same here , this is a scam for sure , be aware that if you call try to get a refund they will tell you that they can’t because the medication was prescribed,my bank is now involved as I ended up recieving about 15-20 automated messages telling me the exact same thing , you will call and they will say “ I’m sorry but we can’t find you in our system let me put you on hold , “ everyone you talk to will tell you a different story , the last one they told me was “‘we escalated your claim you will receive your medication next week “ when asked when next week, the lady said “‘I don’t know but sometime next week ,” after my case was escalated the day after I got an email saying my medication had been prescribed and will get an update when it ships, I asked when will it ship ?? We don’t know yet but we will keep you updated .Someone needs to take them down for sure .

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company, I read the bad rewiers, but decided to give them a chance. Took my money twice and gave me the wrong meds, their fault. Would not re imburse or take the product back. Very hard to get ahold of anybody and they block access to their website when you have a complain.

Terrible terrible terrible
Terrible terrible terrible! Paid on July 25th. Shipped July 28th. Received August 3rd. 7 days later....the ice packs were piss warm . Stuff is supposed to be cold. I refused to take it and asked for a replacement or refund. After emails and phone calls...today is August 8th....I still have heard the same BS. Answer in 1-2 business days. I have nothing!!!!! No refund and no replacement. This company is a SHAM! Who knows what youre injecting in your body at this point!!! They take your money. ship KOOLAID ..JIM JONES reference and just keep taking your money shipping BS! DONT DO IT!!

Do not give these people your money. Do not. There are plenty of other companies to go through. I was skeptical they were as bad as other people were stating (people love to leave bad reviews) but they're worse. I was immediately charged the full price of my medication before I ever "ordered" it there is no confirmation after getting approved for it. After 2 weeks of zero communication/ updates I tried cancelling. They said they couldn't cancel because it was already with the pharmacy. I was messaging them every other day to cancel and refund me and they refuse. After a full MONTH of waiting they give me half my money back, but still would not cancel. They shipped it to me and it was warm when it got here and ruined which I almost feel was on purpose. They promised they'd cancel everything going forward and then only a week after getting my unusable medicine they charge me again which was never authorized and I'm going to have to change my card number to stop them. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst customer service of my life.
