At first everything seemed fine. The price was good, the text that came after my application were very responsive and not AI generated. I had a lot of questions and they were answered promptly and thoroughly. Then communication through the patient portal was also initially good. I got an update of approval and updated prescription being sent to the pharmacy with the pharmacy name quick response to a question I had although the response wasn't particularly thorough. Then I noticed that although I requested a maintenance dose the amount was increased for each vial per information on the prescription. This was specifically not what I'd ask for or what I was trying to do. I contacted through the patient portal and ask that the vials not increase in strength or that I be given a specific dose adjustment if they'd already been made and shipped. I received a response which said it could be addressed once I received the vials as they were unclear exactly what would be shipped from the pharmacy. After that there was no notice of shipment confirmation from the pharmacy. I emailed the pharmacy, Casa Pharma, and received no response. I both emailed and texted Trinity meds to try to confirm shipment or the reason for the delay and received no response. I called the pharmacy twice and was routed to their voicemail. So far no response to my voicemail. I emailed the pharmacy again stating it was urgent and a cold chain shipment issue and my concern was that it was Friday and I realized they did not work on the weekend. So far no response. The pharmacy has had my prescription now for five full working days with no confirmation of shipment and no response. Most pharmacies process and ship these types of medications in 2 to 3 days. I'm very concerned. Even if I do eventually get the medication and it is cold, which is a big concern, I do not feel good about the ability to communicate with either Trinity meds or the casa pharma pharmacy at this point. If I do not get a response today I will likely initiate a charge back with my credit card on Monday.

The product itself is good and does exactly what it's supposed to do. However, shipping took quite a bit longer than I anticipated, and communication during the delay could have been better. Decent experience overall, but room for improvement on delivery speeds

Cannot begin to say enough great things…
Cannot begin to say enough great things about Trinity. Reached out from an ad on social media site June 30. Went to check out reviews and many concerned me. Emma reached out and asked if I had any questions or needed more information to help ease my mind. She answered all my questions and concerns. I went ahead and placed an order. Prescription was approved the following day. Meds were received July 3! Unsure why others are having issues with lack of communication. I was constantly kept in the loop via email and text. Began meds today so I’ll see overall results in a few months.
