Very efficient
I emailed Fifty 410 on a Saturday regarding switching to a new prescription. I received a reply with the new prescription on Sunday. And I received the new prescription on Wednesday. Very efficient and customer focused.

Need an app for the patient portal
We really need an app for the patient portal, not just a community app for connecting to other patients. A patient portal would have accounts linked so patients can see last purchases, when shipments are due, etc. Navigating to a website is more cumbersome.
