Terrible. Ive lost 2lbs in 3 months (7.5,10 and 12.5mg). I lost more then that in one week when I initially started with the brand name. I had bloodwork done and my b12 is through the roof. I feel like I got very little tirz in relation to b12. I contacted customer service about it and they told me to contact my primary care. Im annoyed. I wasted time and money with them.
