Anyone who is begging a weight loss journey knows there are a lot of options out there and it can become overwhelming! After hearing about Trava I decided to give them a try. And I am so glad I did. They answers all of your questions with heartfelt answers. Not just an answer to get you to go away but really helpful responses. Giesel was attentive to my needs and didn't make me feel like any of my questions were silly or unwarranted. Thank you Giesel and thank you Trava Health for making this journey a little easier!

Cecile from Trava Health was extremely helpful and willing to listen to my concerns regarding my late shipment. My order was unfortunately delivered three days late and as a result, the WarmMark tab in my order had turned red (labeled BAD on the paper that was delivered with my prescription). I discarded the prescription after speaking with the pharmacy at optima balance, as they had assured me that a new prescription would be sent to replace the defective doses. I messaged Trava health, explained my predicament, and after communicating the issue to Cecile, she promptly responded and reissued my prescription. It is so refreshing to choose a company who truly cares about the health and well being of the consumer. I’d recommend Trava health to anyone, anytime!
