BEWARE
I ordered a 3 month starter plan, I was restarting after being off the medication of a while so I have experience already taking this medication. Upon starting the medication I gave it a few weeks and felt no affects with hunger, cravings, nothing. Instead I was getting severe headaches, chest acne ( something I've never had in my life) When I brought up not having decreased appetite or decreased cravings, I just told weight loss on the medication can take time. Weight loss wasn't anything I mentioned. While I never lost anything in the 2 month I took the medication it wasn't the main concern. I felt the medication was ineffective due to appetite and cravings. I also learned that the headaches and chest acne was from being overdosed on B12. These weren't issues I had previously on the medication and others I know on this medication also didn't have these issues. So something with this company or their pharmacy is off.

I paid for my order but never received…
I paid for my order but never received the product. When I contacted customer service, I was told that a refund had been issued and that I had not been charged twice. While I appreciate the clarification that I wasn’t charged twice, that completely misses the issue: I was charged for an order that I never received, and the refund I was told had been processed has never appeared in my account. I have since contacted my bank, and there is no record of the refund being received. At this point, I will be disputing the charge with my bank.Unfortunately, based on my experience with both the order and customer service, I cannot recommend this company. Customers should not have to chase down a refund for merchandise they never received.

Unsafe prescribing practices - DO NOT USE THEM
I am a licensed pharmacist, and I am incredibly troubled by OrderlyMeds policy that they will dispense one vial of compounded medication and tell patients that they can use the vial for 60-120 days. The standard for beyond use date for any compounded sterile medication is 28 days after the vial has been punctured, or the expiration date listed on the vial (whichever comes first). I was told multiple times by customer service that as long as the prescribing physician writes in your prescription that you can use it past the 28 days, that it’s fine. THAT IS NOT THE CASE. No physician has the authority to tell patients to utilize medications pat the beyond use date set by the licensed pharmacy that compounds the medication. They are an incredibly irresponsible company that completely disregarded my concerns (and my expertise). Using vials past their beyond use date increases risk for sterility issues and infection. Do NOT use this telehealth platform; I’m lucky I have the necessary education and credentials to understand what they are recommending is wrong. In addition to that, their entire customer service platform is absolutely terrible. 0/5.
