I have been taking Tirzepatide since November, started with another company but they stopped serving Alabama so in February I moved over to Nexa Vitality. The first six months was great. Reordered and pretty sure its a scam product....first 6 months, it was a purplish color and it definitely worked great with controlling hunger and was losing weight. This shipment, went up in dosage and for two months it has done nothing, hungry constantly and have gained almost 15lbs, still drinking lots of water, watching diet and going to the gym. Reached out in the portal and was told it was normal. Definitely not happy and would not recommend, shame because at first I told several people about them

First shipment was great, timely. After that it was all downhill with half shipments, wrong dosing sent. Will definitely go with a different company after this mess.
