Do not recommend MinuteMd
I’ve been with minutemd for a little over a year. I lost weight initially with the compounded tirzepatide, but have been stagnant for an entire year, which is questionable to the pharmacy they use and what they’re compounding it with. I went to cancel my membership and they want to charge me another payment because of their sneaky terms. Apparently, when you request a refill of medication you are agreeing to pay 3 more months of membership. It’s all in the fine print that nobody freaking reads. Mind you, their membership is good for nothing. They don’t keep up with you or offer any more medical services (aside from paying for more meds). I was under the impression that a membership is monthly and you can request refills as you need (within reason of needing a prescription). Nope, you are ultimately paying $1050 for medication that doesn’t work with who they’re choosing to compound with. You can get cheaper elsewhere and pay per medication shipment with other companies. Don’t use MinuteMd that will overcharge you by a lot and trap you into sneaky terms.

I paid for my meds on the 19th and stop…
I paid for my meds on the 19th and stop haven't heard anything about tracking and all they keep saying is it's at the pharmacy and you will get a tracking number as soon as the shipper receives it. Well I'm sorry but the time I get it I'll be charged again and I don't want to be if it isn't gonna work out for me. It's sketchy when you can't any other answer than that. It's passing the buck is what it sounds like. I just want a refund because I can go elsewhere. Thanks
