You start with a 1 on 1 with a provider, mine is Heather. She is amazing and the appointments last 20 minutes. She then recommends dosing as well as diet modifications. The consult is free. You are provided with a number that is text friendly and goes directly to your provider that you can message any amount and they will respond within an hour window. Its amazing! The prices are good as well!
