I love Joi and Blokes!
I love Joi and Blokes!! with as many options out there for hormone replacement and perimenopause, Joy made me feel like I wasn’t going crazy with my ““ normal symptoms”. I love how they test my levels every three months see where I am in adjustment medication according. It is not a one size that’s all and I appreciate that. The only reason I went down a star is due to the cost and initially how hard it was to get a hold of my nurse practitioner since found a person who works well with me. Highly recommended I feel so much more than normal.

Experience has been seamless!
Experience has been pretty seamless and I am very satisfied with results. GP docs dont get into the grit of parameters of bloodwork but Joi has been great hitting the points that I need to address! Excellent!

Buyer Beware!
Buyer beware! This company advertises a half hour consult for $55, but once you create an account and log in, the fee is $150. Also, they charge $49 if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, but they make it impossible to cancel. In their patient portal you can only reschedule (not cancel), and they don't answer the phone or respond to emails or text messages. The email reminders about your "upcoming appointment" and the cancellation fee just keep coming no matter how many times you email, call or text to cancel.

So far everyone I’ve talked to has been so helpful. The bloodwork was easy to do and results came fast. The doctor consolation was easy to schedule. When working through results the doctor listened to what I had to say and make sure our goals align.
