The more you know
It is good to have a place to do this level of testing and have the research for optimization to go along. Other places and labs might tell you some numbers are good but not what YOU need for where you are in life. The follow ups are also good to know how things are connected and get real life advice.

Great experience
Great experience so far. Started HRT back in March and feeling great so far. The regular bloodwork and appointments with NP have helped me feel comfortable with the whole process. Having a health coach for questions has been amazing. Excited to continue feeling better and more like myself.

The amount of new telemed companies I see lately is astounding. Offering the newest and best services. I feel so fortunate to have found Joi when I did because nobody in my area offered BHRT except a few sketchy medspas in local strip malls and I was told at my PCP office there was no difference in pharmaceutical HRT and bio-identical. I’ve been with Jessica from the beginning and I’ve told her in the past that if she leaves so am I! But honestly her dedication and commitment to me has been outstanding and this is only slightly a tongue in cheek comment. She responds timely to my concerns and questions often outside of typical work hours just to assure that she’s acknowledged me. She’s always validating to my concerns and needs and offers solutions to anything that I have. So saying she’s a huge component to my loyalty to Joi is legitimate and a very important reason why I’ve stuck with Joi and not hopped to another “flavor of the month HRT company”.
