Overall, the experience is great and the prices are affordable. As for trying to get a few confusing questions answered is a bit frustrating because it seems scripted, but other than that, I would highly recommend.

Easy to navigate website. Only reason I did not give them a 5. Was the medication I purchased took almost 3 weeks to get. There was no communication. But their products are great and they have many to offer. You have earned my business.

Hit or miss...
The process is great - easy, straightforward.The providers are earnest - they aren't just looking to make a sale.Getting the treatments -really hit or miss. I've been waiting over two months to receive a treatment I've already paid for. Reached out to customer service, just to be told to wait longer. This is the third time I've ordered a treatment - the first two were fine, no major delays, but this most recent experience has really given me a different perspective.
