MEDVI took my money without permission!
Medvi took my money without authorization! Stay away from this company!!! I used Medvi for a couple of months a while ago but stopped because the medication did not work well for me. I decided now with the offering of stronger meds. and the option of getting this medication in pill form that I would like to speak with someone about other options that could be more effective for me. I began a chat with someone at MEDVI and it was suggested that I reopen my account to start. The next day I received a notification from them that they had charged my card $299. I couldn't believe it. When I called their employee said she had no authority to provide a refund and neither did the person she transferred me to. I insisted that I speak with a manager. I was told a manager would call me back. When I did receive a call back it was not from a manager and of course this person did not have any authority to make decisions. I have contacted their customer experience department NUMEROUS times and have been told that either my request for a refund (of the money they took from me without permission) was denied or the messages were from someone who wanted to schedule my intake so I could use up my unused balance - the rest of it?? Again, they took my money without authorization - and they charged twice the amount they are currently advertising, ($149). This place is a scam, they don't care about their customers, but they will help themselves to their bank accounts. Beware!!

My Medvi Care Coach was super-nice and…
My Medi Care Coach was super-nice and understanding and encouraging. She was a joy and easy to speak to and before I knew it, I had updated her about my medication, my new food choices , and we even laughed together about my old poor eating habits. I am looking forward to the next Care Coach meeting with my coach. Oink!

This company is based in India and they will take your money and give you nothing. Do not use this company whatsoever as they will not send you anything. So far I am out $299 and I am filling a fraud complaint with my bank immediately. I have email with them admitting that they screwed up but they won’t return my money.
