I started becoming very sick
I started becoming very sick. I went into my primary care doctor as talking to medvi over the phone is not sufficient. My primary care had me take several blood tests. Ultimately we ended up doing an ultrasound too. Blood tests showed my liver enzymes were skyrocketing high. I was advised to stop taking medvi. I called to cancel it which was successful. After being off the meds my liver enzymes have returned to normal (how convenient). However I asked for a refund for the meds I never got but was charged for it. I asked for my$299 back and they refused. It was like I walked into the grocery store and paid for my groceries but the store got to keep the groceries and I left with nothing. They say it’s because I did not cancel in time. Well I never got the meds. Total scam. I asked to talk to a supervisor and they said someone would call me in 72 hours. They never did and it’s been a week and a half. Don’t use these guys, total scam!
