Started the process April 29 and got my meds around May 23. They let you pick the pharmacy, mine came from BPI labs. Product was affordable and potent. My main complaint is that it takes almost a full month to get your meds. I did not hear from them for a week and a half so I emailed customer service and it really got the ball rolling. I appreciated that they continued to check in with me weekly to see if I was seeing progress with my order or had any further questions which was quite unexpected but greatly appreciated. I switched from Brello and am happy with the change. Medication wasn’t short dated and I was just happy to be able to choose my pharmacy. It was an overall good experience it just took a long time.

Awful Experience - System Failure - Awful Customer Service
Avoid this company at all cost.They have awful systems, awful customer service, awful onboarding. The left hand and the right hand have no clue what they are doing.Their system migration is a mess, I signed up for the system and now it wont let me back in. CS no help, always generic responses and for me to call. When I call, there is no answer. The people at the company maintain multiple Reddit accounts for example and are using those to downvote any negative comments.Also, I counted and there were 24 emails back and forth with the company over a week and they still couldn’t fix the problem.

This company steals money in…
This company steals money in consultation fees. They have set rules for BMI and don’t say those up front. Instead they take your money and deny you treatment for BMI. If you are just slightly overweight, don’t pay this company a dime as they will just steal your money.

I’ve given Pomegranate Health two…
I’ve given Pomegranate Health two chances, and both experiences were extremely disappointing.The first time, they failed to get my medication to me on time, which forced me to stop taking it unexpectedly. I decided to give them another chance, but the second experience was even worse. After being charged $975, I waited over three weeks for my refill and still had not received my medication.When you’re relying on medication, delays like this aren’t just inconvenient, they can directly impact your health and treatment progress. Charging patients while failing to deliver prescriptions in a timely manner is unacceptable.Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pomegranate Health.
