Great price for tirzepatide. They need to work on more communication during the ordering process. Both of my orders arrived quickly and well packaged.

I signed up with Pomegranate Health and paid the $75 consultation fee, but after that, everything went silent. I didn’t receive any follow-up communication, no appointment scheduling, and no clear next steps.The onboarding process made it seem like things would move quickly, but in my case there has been no progress at all. I’ve essentially been left waiting without any updates after being charged.If there are delays, that should be communicated clearly. Right now, the lack of transparency and responsiveness is SO frustrating, especially after paying upfront. It's like they just took the money and went dark.I would recommend improving communication and ensuring that new patients are either scheduled promptly or at least kept informed about timelines!As it stands, the experience feels like it's a scam. I still don't have my money back.

I love Pomegranate Health
I love Pomegranate Health. My ordering experiences have been smooth. Most people expect instant gratification. And while it may take up to 72hrs for a provider or message to reach you - this is totally reasonable. They always ship my prescriptions well. They are always respectful in their replies. Their Visit Summaries are written well.They are helping me make life changing improvements in terms of my weight loss. I’m not a person that needs constant communication so this is a great fit for me.
