Absolutely Love Pomegranate
I absolutely love Pomegranate Health! I switched to them from Orderly Meds and I am shocked at how much better Pom was in every aspect. I placed my order on 3/19 and had my meds in hand 6 days later. It came well packaged with ice packs and clear instructions. They offer like 5 different pharmacies to choose from which is a big plus for me. My 1st order was with BPI Labs and it worked great. I just received my 1st refill [2nd order] using Hallandale Pharmacy and I will start that next week. It came even faster than the 1st order and well packaged and my meds was still cold. I really like how we get a detailed 7 page clinical summary, how blood work is required and that they provide receipts. My only complaint is their Charm Portal is really slow. It takes up to a week for everything from my order to show up. And their shipping notifications are behind as well. Both times Ive had my meds in hand before I received an email with tracking on it. But other than the delays of information everything else seems to be great. It was a great experience using Pomegranate and I plan to stay with them for a long while. Very happy customer!!!

Good experience
I just got my Tirzepanide , they sent 6 months supply in a well packed box .The price was good . I tried them after a bad experience with Refill.com( they never send the last shipment ).I ‘ m happy . I took an appointment and I spoke with a real person before get the product . The Tirzepanide looks good, vials look good .

Terrible customer service
I did my initial questionnaire with Pom health JUST before this FDA stuff broke. Like less than an hour afterwards - it all made me feel really uncomfortable and so I contacted support immediately - again, within an hour or two of doing intake- and asked that they just cancel everything because I felt sketch until things calmed down. No response. Not one. Well, that’s aggravating. So I block transactions from Pom health just in case - and lo and behold I can’t get a response from Pom, but I did see a $400 charge attempted this morning. Still no response from Pom.Awful customer service dudes. I’m really disappointed.
