Product didn't work
Product didn't work. I didn't feel any difference after taking it. I bought a 3 month supply and it was all the same strength. I messaged that it wasn't working & needed an adjustment, I never got a response or refund. So money back guarantee was false.

Don't rely on their sales team for correct info. Cost me $40
I was told by the agent on live chat that I could get a full refund if the dosage was different than what I requested. When the amount was in fact lower and I requested to cancel I was then told they would retain a $40 fee for the processing. I showed them the original transcript and they acknowledged I was misinformed but stood by their policy of charging this fee for no services rendered.
