Frustrated
When I first started with Piper in December 2025 everything was great. My injections came in within three days. I started the program and within four months I have lost 30 pounds. My last 3 pounds was horrible each week, I was gaining a pound. After three weeks of taking my injection, cutting back my calories to 1000 cal a day and doing two hours of exercise. I still gained a pound, so I asked advice from a doctor. After four days of trying to contact them never got this resolved. On the fifth day, they contacted me and said to cut my injection in half till I start losing weight again. No success, it’s frustrating on my last now 5 pounds and I’m not getting advice or support in what to do. Anyone out there? Got any suggestions?

It has been a super easy experience. I did have a question early on and received a reply in less than 24 hours. The delivery is quick. The price is consistent and I truly appreciate that.

Terrible packaging and even worse…
Terrible packaging and even worse customer service. My order was supposed to be kept cold but arrived incredibly hot because it was shipped in a flimsy envelope with two tiny, melted ice packs. I understand we’ve had record-breaking heat, but it’s the company's responsibility to package items appropriately.When I contacted support for a resolution, the rep just sent me delivery confirmation screenshots and refused a refund or replacement, completely ignoring the fact that the product was ruined. Zero customer care and a subpar product anyway. Save yourself the headache and use Remedy Meds instead—you pay a little more, but you actually get a company that cares.

I’ve received nothing but quick, professional service— at one set price and no contracts or additional fees. I have also received guidance and doctor’s supervision.
