Customer Service is quick to answer all emails. Appointments are also readily available to speak to the medical provider/nutritionist

Overall, they are pretty good
I love that I have a number to text where I get an almost immediate response. I love the NP managing my meds and her concern and that I can also email her to get answers to my questions. I also like the fact that they require periodic bloodwork. I feel well- cared for, however, the only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because I feel their prices are too high. I'm reluctant, but feel the need to shop around and get a better price. If only they would become more competitive with their cost, I would never even consider leaving.

Over all the experience was good
Over all the experience was good. There were minor mistakes but they would take care of it right away. unfortunately they are on the higher end for pricing ,and So I had to find another company.
