I filled out the questionnaire September 26. Approval and script sent to pharmacy in 15-30 minutes.
The package arrived October 7. The pharmacy is closed on weekends from what I’ve read so that sets things back a little.
It was shipped in a box containing a cooler which had the meds, syringes, alcohol pads, and instructions. Also had a temp monitor in the cooler which doesn’t really doesn’t seem accurate. The meds were packed with 4-5 ice packs. Content was definitely cold but not frozen.
So far I’ve been satisfied.
