The customer service has been great so…
The customer service has been great so far. I’ve received plenty of emails and text messages guiding me through the process. The delivery was fast and shipped via two day UPS. They seem very organized.

Misleading Refund Policy
I was clearly informed that I would receive a full refund after being deemed ineligible for treatment. However, weeks passed without any update, and later the charge was reclassified as a subscription fee. This inconsistency in communication raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness in their billing practices.
