Cost savings

The program needs to have some type of discounts for continued customers. I feel the cost is inflated and you only receive savings on the first month. Hopefully you take this into consideration .

They Advertise “No Hidden Fees” Then Charge a Hidden Membership Fee

Their marketing explicitly says “no hidden fees, no membership fees, price doesn’t go up with dose.” But when I couldn’t take the medication, they told me the $400 was a membership fee. That is literally a hidden fee. They only call it a membership when they want to keep your money. If I had received the medication, they would have called it a medication fee. The same charge has two different names depending on whether they want to refund you. That is deceptive.

I have been with Remedy Meds since July 2025. I have lost 45 pounds. Each compounded injectable prescription has been delivered on time with clear instructions. The online support has been simple to use and virtual meetings have been very easy to set up and complete. I am very pleased with the service.
