Rude

So freaking aggravating I’ve been on the same medicine for years and they refused to refill it. It won’t hurt me obviously I’ve been on it for probably 5 years!!! Also the guy was rude on the phone I’m not even gonna lie.

The providers are great, and the first 4 months went amazingly. I bought 3 3-month supply because the price was lower, and then suddenly the supply ran out. The doctor tried talking to me about going from 2.4 mg to 1 mg. They could not tell me when or if I could get the correct dose. I had to call customer service to get a refund for the upfront amount I paid. I spoke to Ron; he told me it had already been delivered. When I explained it was impossible, the medical team called me and said it was unavailable; he became confused. I demanded a refund. He said it would take several days to find out if they would refund me. I quickly got an email from the customer service manager and was refunded the money. I was very disappointed at how it ended. The NP and Pharmacists were great.
