I’ve been with Brello since December 2025. They moved their Pharmacy within the same state and that had to put all states on hold until they got their re- licensing. My renewal date was February. I had to call and spoke with a representative and they changed my shipping address to my nieces in Ohio because Ohio was a live state they could deliver to. I drove two hours there and two hours home to pick it up. So hopefully by time my next due date comes around in April or May that my state will be live and I’m from Michigan. I was on it for about three months before I saw any results. That’s because I was on semi before and I was told that it takes your body time to readjust to the medication. I’m at 50 units currently and I’m averaging between 1 and 2 pounds a week. I have no side effects other than a little bit of redness where I give myself a shot. I do follow a low-carb, low fat and high protein meal plan. I am currently with Weight Watchers. I’m about 45 pounds away from my goal. I started at 267 with Semi and then I started at 218with the Tirz and I’m currently at 209. I feel like if you lose it slowly, you will have less skin. I would definitely recommend this company once they become live again in Michigan can’t beat the prices three months of Tirz is $499.00 and you get your shipment within a week? It comes with needles and alcohol wipes. They package it in a cooler with ice packs and has an indicator light that tells the temperature. There’s definitely always extra in the bottle. Highly recommend and they have a website along with a FB group which is very informative.

Its working!!

Its working!!! I had to reduce the dosage and left a chat message for the Dr as to how to lower the dosage since I was already up to 50 mg and the next increase was on the way. It was an easy fix and I’m about 15 lbs from goal weight. I’ve been fortunate enough to not have had any problems with terzepitide that have been mentioned by others!

Great Experience
