I had a charge on my credit card for almost $650 from Lumimeds that I did not sign off to authorize. When I called the representative insisted that I had a subscription which I was unaware of. Before any shipment began, I asked to cancel the shipment, and the representative said that they would cancel, but I would be charged $100 for processing of the refund. I thought it to be extremely unusual to be charged for a refund.
