BEWARE! Online scam, do not give them your credit card number
BEWARE! Gala is a scam. I signed up for their 3 month GLP plan. I canceled the service same day, did not receive the medication and the company proceeded to deduct $657 from my account. I contacted the GALA customer care team and their billing department regarding the issue. They confirmed that they canceled the subscription but would not provide a refund. So, I am out $657, with no medication and no subscription to the service. If you are interested in joining an online service, go with RO. They are more expensive but have excellent customer service and reputable.
