All this company wants to do is get you…
All this company wants to do is get you off the medication. They keep lowering your dose each month. Once you start gaining weight back, they say their scale is wrong and your body fat is less than what their scale says. I don't understand how a zoom call takes the place of my physical doctor (someone who knows me and has seen me for years). I worked so hard to lose my weight and they said if I started gaining it back they would increase my medication back. They lied.

They require the use of a scale connected directly to them. It measure more than just weight per the scales own undisclosed measurements. They refuse to allow you to use manual weights at all. I was never given the opportunity to choose a doctors. Use this or you do not get your meds. It requires hours of compliance which they will refuse to give you. You have no idea what is actually required except "keep using the app and keep stepping on the scale." This is medical authoritarianism. If you don't like this, then consider it this way--What happens when the other side (politically) gets in charge and requires their own tests? You want a bunch of outside measuring devices making sure you are compliant? Too bad. You don't get medicine without it.

9am Health Sucks
If there’s any other company your insurance will allow for managing your health, please pick something else. 9am health simply sucks. I’ve been forced to use them for about a month now and it’s such a terrible experience from the customer service (if that’s what you want to call it) to the lazy clinical team. Nobody cares about getting their job done. I’ve waited on hold for hours at a time. I’ve been promised return calls from the clinical team in 24 hours. Never happens. They don’t do their part and take 0 accountability.
