My meds got to my house delayed and I’m in Georgia where the outside temp was in the 90’s when I received the package the inside of the bag was in the 90’s as well. I notified Elwin with Native meds and without hesitation he made sure that I had new meds on the way and taken care of. I can’t say how satisfied I am with this company and its service . I have lost 22 lbs since December and I am so happy with everything about Native Meds!

Transitioning to NativeMed was a great decision
Prior to working with NativeMed I have been working with a local med spa. The primary reason for searching for a new provider was economics. I have been so happy with my experience. There are questions in the screening and follow up that I have not experienced except with my own primary care doctor. And on the support side, the staff is so prompt and attentive, and are very patient with me as this whole process can be very confusing sometimes (orders, shipping, billing). I have to say that it has been pretty seamless across the board. I want to give a special shout out to Rocel who was so pleasant to work with and helped me navigate through information I needed help understanding. I give NativeMed my highest recommendation.
