I’m still on the fence about Native Med. Service was prompt, but my shipment arrived in a bag, not a cooler, and was warm—even the cooling packs. Customer service responded quickly and said the medication is stable up to 86°F for 56 days, but it still made me uneasy. I took my first dose last week, so we’ll see.

Top notch customer service

Elwin was super helpful with all of my questions considering a switch to them from my current MedSpa . In fact I had great communication from all others including through email too.Lorraine and Cheryl were also great!
