Love my Noom Med Program
Love my Noom Med Program. Been on it 78 days and lost 13 pounds...it has a great app and the support is remarkable. I have a team that supports me, a coach, a Dr. and team of Care Coordinators. You never feel alone in this journey.

Zero should be an option. Don't waste your time with the GLP-1 promotion!
Zero should be an option. The Noom app is AI managed and absolute garbage. I paid and signed up for Noom with GLP-1, met with a telehealth professional, and the RX was sent to Alto Pharmacy in CA. I have been waiting for 22 days - the AI generated support team cannot trouble shoot the issue. The Custer service reps keep trying to sell me another 3 month Noom subscription but are unable to solve the issue with the RX. I called the pharmacy and learned that I am "out of zone" which means that they cannot mail it to my address. No one at Noom bothered to check why the RX was sitting in limbo for 22 days at the pharmacy. No one at Noom bothered to check whether the pharmacy delivers to MA. I had to do all the work myself. Save your money, time, and frustration - there are better weight loss programs than Noom.
