New to Noom med- Great so far
I recently started the Noom med microdose program. Noom has been extremely professional and informative from the beginning. It is also easy, convenient and affordable. I was nervous to start a GLP-1 and they have made it easy. It’s only been a couple days, but I feel great and I am seeing results already. Very minimal side effects with appetite suppression but still able to eat and enjoy food, but in the right portions. I also feel more energetic and less anxious.

I originally signed up for Noom in…
I originally signed up for Noom in April 2025, didn't find it very helpful and lost interest having paid one year in advance. I had no advance notice of renewal this year and have been auto charged again for the next 12 months. For something I don't want. Not happy at all.
