Positive update to: Poor communication and shipping
Intake was easy and fast but it's been a week and I still haven't gotten my medication Or even an update on shipping despite multiple messages sent through the chat- shipping info is stuck at "shipping info sent to FedEx." I called customer service and right away said all agents were busy. I am feeling scammed- was charged hundred of dollars but am receiving extremely poor customer service along with no medication.*3/16/26 UPDATE*After this original review, an actual human team member reached out to me directly in effort to address my concerns- which in this day and age is practically a miracle! Their communication was prompt and friendly. After a few more days they ended up sending me a new shipment for free after it was delayed even more due to an issue at Fed Ex, which arrived within 2 days. It was well-packed. I've only taken 2 doses but so far I am happy with the mediation. At this point I'm changing my review from 1 to 4 stars and will try them again in the future.

Everything in the beginning is great…
Everything in the beginning is great and still is. However, there are issues with managing your account and receiving technical support—it’s practically non-existent. First, even though it looks like it will, it won’t let you manage your shipments. Every time I attempted to change a shipment, I received an erroneous error message (a ludicrous reason I won’t list) is not acceptable. Then, when I reached out to support I never received a response. Someone from another team contacted me about something else entirely before I even received a response from support. It’s been weeks and it still hasn’t been fixed, and now I cannot place an order meaning my treatment will get delayed.The technical issues I’m having DO NOT take this long to resolve. If there are that many issues ahead of mine that tells me they are not hiring enough people, training them well or retaining them. Other than that this site has been great and overall is much better than a lot of the GLP services, however they need to get the final kinks with the site resolved.Update: they not only failed to resolve my problem, but looked at no previous communication. I’ve already requested they delete my account. They should be reaching out to me, not leaving me “just email us at—no. I contacted you guys NUMEROUS times over text, email and phone.

They were good my first two shipments
They were good my first two shipments. I order once monthly. January they charged me twice. I put a hold on my February order so it wouldn't ship within two weeks of just receiving my new dose. It was applied to my current paid order and I cannot remove the hold which means now my current dose will be delayed by a minimum of two weeks at this point . Yet I will be paying for another dose to be shipped out. Make it make sense. I've contacted them on the phone and through support and no answer. I've requested a refund. No answer. ***Update*** The issue was resolved 2-11-26. I received the service I needed to resolve my issue. I'm still continuing my treatment with them and hopefully this was just a hiccup. ** update 3-15-26 Most definitely not a hiccup. Customer service is practically non existent. March 3rd I sent a message to support to get my shipments back on track from the last issue. No response has been made. I even reached out the person who replied for my initial compliant on here 4 days ago. Still no response from customer service. Time to go elsewhere.
