Solid product, slow email support
The tirzepatide works perfectly and the packaging is very secure. I had a question about how to draw the exact dosage unit from the vial and emailed support. It took them nearly two business days to reply. The answer was helpful when I finally got it, but faster support would make this a flawless experience.

I was very skeptical of using a GLB-1…
I was very skeptical of using a GLB-1 drug that was not prescribed directly from my doctor and not in an injection pen but compounded by a company I had never used before. My weight loss may have not been super quick like I thought I was told it would take only eight months to get down to my goal weight but since November 2025, I’ve lost 40 pounds and it has made such a difference in my health, which is what I was looking for. I have two very rare autoimmune diseases and the extra weight was really starting to challenge my breathing my walking and my health overall going from 240 pounds down to 200 and knowing that I will stay on this until I reach my goal. Weight of 140 is very encouraging. I’m 54 years old and I had tried every form of diet strictly. Just four years ago I lost 130 pounds successfully using the anti-inflammation diet and it came off very quick but the minute I turned 50 all bets were off my body was no longer making GLP/one but my cortisol levels were terrible and no matter what I did, I could only gain ! This compound has made a huge difference in my life. Within the first week I stopped craving sweets completely can’t even stand to look at them. I never want to snack and sometimes it’s hard for me to even eat so I focus on protein only and I make a lot of soups they’re my favorite. With Refills.com it's a very mixed bag
With Refills.com it's a very mixed bag. On the positive side, it appears that the compounding pharmacy they are using IS giving quality meds. I say this based on the actual Certificate of Authentication that I requested, not on the pharmacy they're using - ProRX. ProRX has a citing against it but it looks like they may have addressed those problems. The meds arrive on time and in good shape. This is what they get 2 stars for.On the downside -- their online communication could not possibly be worse. They are slow to respond. They often don't answer the question you've asked. They often don't answer after you have asked a 2nd and 3rd time. When they do respond - it's almost always partial. It leaves you guessing. Going back to clarify does not result in clarification.But worst of all - their online signup form lacks clear instructions and does not tell the end user what they're looking for in certain answers. You cannot go back and revise an answer if you've gone down a wrong path. And then...yes...we're back to the reality that if you try to clarify your question, or how to do something, or why something is the way it is...you're just not necessarily going to get an answer. It's a good service made terrible by poor communication. FYI, I have been using their service for 6 months. I gave them a nice long chance before I gave them a bad review. I hope they get their act together. Quite literally all they have to do is start giving quality answers in a timely manner. It's the easiest thing to fix.
