I've been using Freya Meds for 7 months!
I've been using Freya Meds for several months now, and every interaction with their customer support has been excellent. Anytime I've had a billing or subscription question, the team has responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and gone out of their way to help. Most recently, they helped resolve a payment issue and made the process completely stress-free. It's rare to find customer service that's this responsive and caring. Everything is easy and straight…
Everything is easy and straight forward. They check in with you and respond to questions quickly. They even have a dietitian who can do one on one's with you to aide you on your journey. The injections come neatly packed with easy to follow along instructions. There's honestly no way you can't succeed unless you just don't try..I'm on my 3 injection and am down 10lbs!! I know Freya will help me reach my goals and thats from a PCOS girly starting weigh 209 and have been over 200lbs for over 6 years with little to no weight loss with 'traditional" methods (i.e. gym eat repeat)
