Been waiting with no result after several phone calls with no answer and several emails. They appear to be a scam.

FDA WARNING
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS! I honestly don’t know how this so called business still has open doors. Got charged immediately for product I never received, which by the way was charged before I was even approved. My so called “provider” ghosted me at my appointment I had to hound customer service for in the first place. Which brings me to customer service. Might as well just go argue with a rock because it’s the absolute worst. You cannot access a patient portal which is what you’re told to do when you finally get ahold of someone. They do not respond to emails, and they told me that I couldn’t get a refund for medication I didn’t even receive WHICH BY THE WAY IS PROBABLY NOT EVEN MEDICATION TO BEGIN WITH. They had an FDA warning sent to them in June of this year so there’s no telling what you’re even injecting yourself with. Asked for confirmation after asking to cancel and never received it. This is robbery and I hope they get shut down so they can’t take advantage of anyone else.

I have been waiting for over 2 weeks…
I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for a provider response regarding my dosage I have sent no less than 5 messages and keep getting the same response that they are sending it to the provider. I feel that 2 weeks is sufficient time to get a response. I am thinking that this company is not a legitimate provider and would not recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately I have paid for 6 months.
