They prescribe you one medication and charger you and then don't send anything. I waited 23 days and when i followed up they said they changed my medication to something that cost an additional $300. They never called or emailed me of the changes or to give my approval to change to a more expensive medication When i said i want to cancel and refund they said they dot issue refunds. This is a perfect example of bait and switch.

Every single website is a nightmare--these people are nightmares. I have found that nearly every subscription service I have used, is great the first month and first month alone. Second month: first I couldn’t update my payment method. When I finally figured out why? They have two websites. One website will only show you your order history etc. the other one is the one that actually allows you to make updates. I updated my payment on the exact date my renewal was set. Almost a week later, they’ve charged my card and no shipment or prescription. They sent me the same BS emails the other customers are on here claiming to receive. The first time I contacted customer service, I was told by Natalie that “I should’ve paid on time” YOU MEAN THE EXACT DAY? The second time I tried calling. Total nightmare. The prompts don’t work, and they have such terrible phone equipment that every call audio cut out. I’m at home and on my Wi-Fi and have had zero audio problems elsewhere. AVOID.

Absolute theivery
Absolute theivery. This is the worst experience I have EVER HAD. They canceled my order and refused to refund me. Each and every person will tell you a completely different made up version of events.
