I have been on ALTRX for a short time.I took my second dose yesterday actually.I have had zero issues.Signing up was a breeze.I paid VIA Affirm.So, they cannot auto renewI have read all of these messages, and I am glad I didn't come here first.I ordered and was approved and in a week I got my package.Very well packed and very cold.The 3 month $432 deal.I have talked to them on the site and I have had a call to see how I am doing.I am completely satisfied.

I was approved July 5th
I was approved July 5th. I'm still waiting for RX. RIDICULOUS. if course they have been paid since the 4th. I get a text once in awhile where I text them back. I'm on there m their app but there's no way of speaking with anyone on there. My tracking info never seen showed up in the app. They are in Texas. It's not like they are overseas. I'll be going to the bank to dispute they charges due to never receiving the items. I didn't expect this out oif this company .Now I have to start somewhere else. First I need my money back!!

No clinical staff as advertised - scam
I ordered a 3 month supply after a personal text asking what was stopping me. I now think it was AI. I was given Tirzepatide with B12 and it was shipped quickly. I received detailed information from a “doctor” and was told in repeated messages to reach out with any questions. Took first injection correctly but had reaction immediately. Most likely from the synthetic b12 BUT have had no clinical staff follow up. It’s been a month today and all I have been told is to stop all injections at this time. Support responds to say they are re-escalating case for severe reaction and once clinical responds with clear direction then they will discuss possible refund. I do not recommend this company. I’m even afraid the product may be compromised due to possible impurities due to the lack of information. I’ve questioned this after researching the compounded medications. Very bad company. Proceed at own risk.

I placed my order
I placed my order, was approved, rx sent to pharmacy then nothing. Kept communication on the portal and just keep getting ‘we understand your frustration’ All I wanted was a tracking number and shipment date. They said the expedited with the pharmacy, still nothing. Have been waiting since June 30th. I have now requested a refund and they will not respond to me. Next step, call bank to report. Very disappointed. Had high hopes since their ratings were the highest.
