Highly Recommend Big Easy Weight…
I highly recommend Big Easy Weight Loss! I've been using them for over nine months for tirzepatide and it's been a smooth, problem-free process. My consultations with the provider (Dr. Seth) have been easily scheduled and delivery of my medications always arrives on time. It's very cost-efficient when compared to other websites and, of course, the name brand prescriptions. Customer service is also wonderful and accessible - replies arrive promptly. I have absolutely zero qualms about continuing to use Big Easy Weight Loss in my health journey and in recommending them to others!

If you’re on the fence, just go for it!
I was so intimidated to start this process, and did a ton of research before deciding to move forward with Big Easy. I have been so impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, and overall care model. As a newbie to GLPs, I had a ton of questions, and Dr. Kim was so patient with answering all of my questions while being transparent and honest with her responses. Once decided on a regimen, the medication was shipped and arrived overnight. There is also an app with a patient portal where you can easily contact your clinical team (doctor and nurse) or the billing department with any questions you may have. I don’t usually leave reviews, but it was reviews from others that ultimately encouraged me to go with Big Easy, and so I just wanted to pay it forward.

Be careful with Big Easy Weight Loss
Be careful with Big Easy Weight Loss. I initially liked them. Dr. evaluation, transparent and reasonable pricing, personal customer service...BUT after placing my refill order I was charged $200 more and received less medication per vial. Pretty disappointing. My 2nd shipment arrived from a different pharmacy and didn't include any instructions on dosing. Especially important since it's so different. Looks like my personal customer service is an AI chat now. Frustrating. These were all changes that took place in 3 months. Shop around for sure.

Ongoing glp user both Telehealth and gray-Disappointed with initial doctor appt. Felt like he was rushed, wasn't really interested. Approved rx and then I reached out to support 2 or 3 times and didn't hear back for several days. Issues with rx so they offered a refund. I took it and walked away
