All staff (Customer service agents and Doctors) that I have interacted with have been friendly, caring and prompt. I always received my order in time and didn't have to keep requesting a refill, they handled all of it. Highly recommended!

I thought they were great until this last dose. They shorted me half a shot and then ignored me when I let them know and provided proof. Will not do any more business with them....they are good as long as you don't have a problem.
