Tried to order with them and what a nightmare. I had to submit my intake 3 times . Their customer support may answer you back but in 2 days time. I finally reached the point to pay and my payment went through according to their website but they never charged my card. I gave up and was so annoyed. They kept sending me an automated email response and I told them that I went with another provider. This was a month ago. They are still sending me automated emails and texting me a link that doesnt even work. I don't understand how they have 4.5 stars. They are horrible.

I tried to sign up and had a few questions. There is absolutely no way to contact them on their website. No phone number and no email. I would never do business or purchase anything from a company if they had no contact information available.

Down 15 lbs in the first month. Found the intake process quick and easy. The price was better than most of my friends pay. Also no consultation fee!

Super easy process I love the fact that you don’t have to talk to a doctor live and able to just text what you need. Pricing is very competitive. I’ll be coming back!
