Everyone on the team has always been…
Everyone on the team has always been easy to work with, helpful, and gone out of their way to make things smooth. I shopped around with a couple of other services, and BrightMeds was the clear winner - and not just for their great customer service. The original web portal was a little clunky, but it has been replaced with a nicely designed and intuitive version, so I can’t think of a thing to improve.

The first month is great, THEN Bait and Switch
The first month is great. They kept their price and Dr responded right away and meds arrived quickly. Second month: a nightmare! Total bait and switch!!! They said the locked in price no longer applies to me because I live in Florida. I have to switch to 3 month payments. They said I could get a dose increase, but refuse to send the forms. They are switching pharmacies, so I have to wait an extra 2 weeks and reapply for my medication. This pharmacy will not include Vitamin B12, they only include Vitamin B6. I am almost on week 6 and the customer service team has been slow following up. “Henry” doesn’t respond for a week or more, then sends the wrong forms. So I haven’t even gotten the 2nd month’s medication yet. All that after I followed up with him on week 3 as instructed.
