Wanted to give a 5 Star
Wanted to give a 5 Star, as they started out on fire. Great customer service, everything explained and easy. When I started 3 weeks ago I selected monthly to check customer service and any reactions and such. And was told I could easily change to 3 month plan. So after the first 2 weeks of doses and requested such. Then was cancelled and explained that I had to start over. Then told I needed new blood work, then called and was told that I don't as its 3 weeks old and on file. Then a few days later getting a message asking if I've done my blood work again yet! All this when I simply wanted to change my billing method! I a week or so I'm out so guessing I will have to move to one of the other companies as they can't seem to switch billing and I'm cancelled. Hence the 1 Star.

Casa PHarmacy seems sketchy
The vials seem inconsistent. My 20mg bottle contained 23.5mg, meaning my doses were probably off. My most recent shipment,delivered today was HOT, 88°, and from what I e read, this product is not useable now and cannot be re-chilled. I'm waiting on customer service to reply about how to proceed. I'm hoping there is another pharmacy in their program to supply my meds. Beware of Casa Pharmacy out of TX.

Resolved shipping delay issue :-)
I was stressed because it appeared as though I would not get my medication on time or at all despite having paid quite a bit of money. This is my first transaction with the company so trust is still being built. I have received regular responses to my inquiries and it appears I will receive the medication on time. Though I haven’t opened a shipment or begun taking the medication yet, I will update my review accordingly. This process so far deserves more stars than my original rating so I am updating:-)UPDATE: I received my three months supply in a styrofoam cooler with two large ice packs that had melted but were still cool to touch. Items were packaged thoughtfully. If I could give a second five stars for receiving my order I would :-) I plan to do my first injection this evening and will update accordingly as I progress:-)
