Package arrived hotter than it should be
Had a major situation with my FedEx delivery of my medication.Package arrived extremely hot, the ice pack was mush, the vial of medication was hot to the touch, the seal on the styrofoam had been tampered with so I took pics and called customer support right away, within mins once FedEx tossed my package into my porch. I called and got a lady who was more than patient and helped calm me down, so Anyway, Emma Webster was helpful, communicated well with me and provided emails, instructions on next steps and just was a great support during an incident that occurred yesterday.
