Joinelevate.com is the real deal
Joinelevate.com has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health. The entire process was seamless and professional. I started using Tirzepatide through their program, and it has been remarkably easy to incorporate into my routine. The medication is simple to use, and the results speak for themselves. I’ve lost 20 pounds in just 2 months and I'm excited to get down to my target goal. More importantly than the numbers on the scale, I just feel great. My energy is up, my routine feels manageable, and I finally feel like I have control over my health journey without feeling restricted or starved. The team has been wonderful, supportive, and professional. If you're on the fence about starting, I couldn't recommend them more!

I absolutely love this company, now lower pricing too!
I absolutely cannot rave enough about Join Elevate, the bad reviews have to be for another company as I believe there is another company with a similar name. I have been with Elevate for over a year, lost 65 lbs and the customer service response is within seconds to 5 minutes via the chat so that is impressive. Before their now lower pricing I switched to another online provider with much lower pricing for the highest dosage of Tirz that I am on and had horrible communication and my order showed up with no notice and the ice was completely melted, not so good in the Texas heat! I switched back to them knowing I would probably pay more but knowing it was a company I can completely trust and rely on was worth it. Imagine my surprise that when I logged in their pricing has dropped below to about half of what I had been paying so that made me so happy. Once I received my order and it was from a different compounded pharmacy that usually sends mine and the package was hot and the ice packs were leaking. I sent Elevate a picture and chat and they immediately sent our a whole other order from my pharmacy I usually got it from (Empower) at no extra charge and told me to keep the other order as an inconvenience! I would rather go with a company I know stands behind their product, has great customer support and I trust. You cannot go wrong with them guys.

Quality, Transparency, Integrity.
I have been a customer of Elevate Health and Wellness for over two years uninterrupted. I am seeing reviews on here that are either fake or they’re confusing with a different company. I have lost over 80 pounds and kept it off. I have always had prompt responses. My medication has always come on time. One time a year and a half ago I had a misunderstanding and the owner of this company called me himself from his cell phone. That’s how professional and caring this company is. I will never buy my GLP-1 anywhere else because trust, care, and integrity are just as important to me as my health. I hope this helps someone who is just trying to find the right company to purchase their GLP-1.

Poor Experience
I recently went through my blood test results and the initial consultation, and given that I am paying ₹18,000 for a 6-month program, I came away with several concerns that have made me question the value of the program.1. Existing health conditions were not adequately considered. I have an existing thyroid condition and am already taking 100 mcg of thyroid medication. My TSH was still at 7.6, but there was no clear explanation of why it remains elevated despite medication, nor any guidance on what I should do next to manage it.2. The prescription and test results were not explained. The prescription was not discussed in detail, and my test results were not explained in a way that helped me understand what they meant or what action I needed to take. In fact, my thyroid medication and dosage were not even included in the prescription, which is a significant oversight.3. I did not understand what differentiates this program from others. I was expecting more personalised guidance and a clearer understanding of what Elevate Now does differently. The health coach also mentioned that she would send information over WhatsApp/email, but I did not receive it.4. There was no meaningful follow-up after the consultation. I did not feel that there was adequate follow-up or engagement after the call. I also did not feel that my concerns were being heard or that there was enough effort to explain the program, its approach, and how it would specifically help me.5. The experience has made me question the marketing and reviews. Given the gap between my expectations based on the marketing and social media presence and my actual experience so far, I am now questioning how representative those campaigns and reviews are of the experience a customer can realistically expect.For a ₹18,000, 6-month program, I expected a much more personalised, thorough, and proactive approach—particularly when dealing with existing health conditions and abnormal test results. At this stage, I am not convinced that I am receiving the level of guidance and value I expected when signing up.
